Lidia from Llandaff City Bowmen was invited to the Junior Masters at Oxford Archery
Club, on Sunday 6th August 2017.
She took part in the 720-arrow ranking round where she had a high score of 549. This
took her through to the finals where she went head to head with another junior girl,
an 18 year old Bare Bow archer. Lidia won this head to head 6-0, and became UK Junior
Masters 2017, Champion of Champions. This included all age groups.
Lidia had some spectacular shooting, beating the existing UK Bare Bow record for
the under 12's Junior Ladies WA720 30-Metres by 101 points and also setting new
Welsh and Glamorgan records. This now gives Lidia 3 new UK records this year.
